I did not always know how I learned best. For most of my life, I watched people around me struggle — not because they were not smart or capable, but because no one had ever sat with them and said: "Let me show you a different way." Growing up in my community, that kind of guidance was rare. And I knew that had to change. With over 25 years working inside a university system, I had a front-row seat to how education works — and where it falls short. I saw brilliant people walk away from their goals not because they failed, but because they never had someone in their corner who truly understood where they were coming from. That realization is what led me to coaching. As a licensed realtor since 2018, I have refined my ability to guide people through complex, high-stakes decisions by breaking them into clear, manageable steps. Over the past three years, serving as an adjunct instructor has allowed me to formalize that approach — creating structured learning experiences that meet students where they are and move them toward where they want to go.
